Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate accredited ultrasound program preferred.
• License, certification and/or registration: Require ARDMS registered within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation date, whichever is later. BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: Six months to one year clinical experience preferred.
• Additional Skills/Abilities: Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing task frequently and quickly. Must be willing to learn vascular ultrasound.

• Performs ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Uses independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the-art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
