Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general or vascular ultrasound exams.
• Assures that a written physician order is received prior to an exam procedure and collects pertinent information.
• Reviews exams on PACS for quality and completeness.
• Completes paperwork and distributes exams for interpretation.
• Maintains room cleanliness, cleans equipment, and deletes exams as needed.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during transport, positioning, and procedures.
• Performs other duties to support the department.
