Mercyhealth is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for the Riverside location. You will perform ultrasound examinations, prepare exam rooms, and ensure patient safety. The role requires reviewing patient histories, operating imaging systems, and contributing to preliminary reports for physicians.

Flexibility for variable shifts, weekends, and on-call duties is expected. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited program, with ARDMS/ARRT registration or eligibility and CPR/BLS within 90

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• ARDMS or ARRT sonography registration; CPR/BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment per safety protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Review patient history and contraindications for sonography exams.
• Operate PACS and EMR for records and image sharing.
• Provide preliminary findings and reports to physicians.
