Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist to operate imaging equipment and software, primarily ultrasound, to assist in diagnosis and patient care. The role requires proficiency, patient safety focus, and high-quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.

As a W-2 employee with flexible scheduling, you will float among Mercy facilities, collaborating with clinicians to deliver accurate studies and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography with required clinical hours.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• 2 registries with ARDMS/ARRT/CCI within the work area.
• BLS license; licensure may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and software, mostly ultrasound, to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality imaging standards.
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
