Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in sonography.
• Current ARDMS certification or eligibility in Abdomen and OB-Gyn.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers and BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams and produce high-quality images for radiologist review.
• Verify patient identity, orders and history prior to examination.
• Archive and release images in EHR and PACS; notify issues to PACS admin.
• Assist in training ultrasound students and participate in peer review.
