Job summary

Roshal Imaging, LLC is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for Columbia, SC. The role entails performing ultrasound studies, ensuring patient care in a busy environment, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

The position requires ARDMS RDMS certification, at least 1 year of experience, CPR/BLS, a valid drivers license, and strong interpersonal skills. The job offers full-time hours with PRN opportunities and a supportive team in a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls received
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client7s standards
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed
• Document work processes, as required
• Perform other duties, as assigned
