Job summary

Roshal Health in North Charleston is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound studies in an ER environment, working across hospital and free-standing facilities. The role offers full-time and PRN schedules, with opportunities for local travel and professional development.

Requirements include at least 1 year post-graduation ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification, BLS/CPR, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB).
• Valid Driver’s License and BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies following accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Arrive at facilities within prescribed timeframe with estimated arrival.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
