Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist in Columbia, SC, offering full-time and PRN roles. You will perform ultrasound studies primarily in an ER environment at hospital and free-standing facilities, with opportunities for professional growth and a focus on work‑life balance.

Ideal candidates have ARDMS RDMS certification, at least 1 year of post‑graduation ultrasound experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work‑related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
