Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a full-time and PRN schedule in our ER imaging team. The role requires performing ultrasound studies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year post-graduation ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification (AB or OB preferred), a valid driver's license, and current BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-graduation ultrasound imaging experience.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification (AB or OB preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Pass health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with general abdominal, OB and vascular scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
