Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the field with inpatient, ED or ICU coverage.
• ARDMS abdomen/small parts and at least two additional certifications (e.g., RVT, OB/GYN).
• BLS certification by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound exams and vascular studies.
• Operate ultrasound equipment in department and portable settings.
• Interpret and communicate findings to radiologists or physicians.
• Maintain patient prep, safety, and sterile technique as required.
• Provide patient education and explanations prior to procedures.
