HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Palm Beach County is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform a broad range of sonographic procedures and prepare films for radiologists. You will operate department equipment and maintain professional relationships with staff and the Medical Team to support excellent patient care.

Qualifications include completion of a vocational ultrasound program, ARDMS RVT or ARRT–Vascular certification, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Successful completion of a vocational program from a school of Ultrasound.
• Experience: Ability to perform all sonographic procedures according to established guidelines.
• Qualifications: Registered and certified with the ARDMS in OB or Abdomen.
• Qualifications: Must be ARDMS RVT or ARRT – Vascular (6 months grace).
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsabilités

• Performs a variety of technical ultrasound procedures to detect pathology and support treatment.
• Operates all department equipment and develops films for radiologist review.
• Maintains professional rapport with coworkers, other departments, and Medical Staff.
• Works under supervision of Imaging Supervisor.
