Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures and ensure exam protocols deliver diagnostic information.
- Demonstrate knowledge of life-saving techniques and maintain composure under pressure.
- Introduce ultrasound basics to student technologists and supervise appropriate patient care.
- Assess and treat patients across all ages, translating findings to support clinical decisions.
