This role requires ARDMS or ARRT certification, BCLS, 1–3 years experience (2–4 preferred), strong imaging skills, precise documentation in the EHR, and commitment to patient comfort.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist required.
• 2-4 years of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist preferred.
• ARDMS or ARRT certification or registry eligibility required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 7 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all ultrasound procedures independently, adhering to department protocols and ensuring high-quality imaging results.
• Verifies patient identification and ensures procedures are ordered and acknowledged prior to imaging.
• Documents imaging procedures and patient information in the EHR; scans into PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, and a safe, clean work environment.
• Complies with safety, infection control, and privacy policies.
