Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, working with independence and a focus on patient safety. You will verify orders, identify patients, and document imaging in the electronic health record for radiologist interpretation.

The role requires proficiency with ultrasound equipment, knowledge of anatomy and pathology, strong communication with patients and healthcare teams, and adherence to safety

• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment operation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently per department protocols.
• Verifies patient identification and appropriate orders before imaging.
• Documents imaging procedures and patient data in the EHR; ensures PACS uploads.
• Maintains equipment and inventories imaging materials.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies and safety guidelines.
