Responsibilities

• Performs general or vascular ultrasound exams.
• Ensures written physician order is received prior to exams and collects relevant information.
• Reviews exams on PACS for quality and completeness.
• Completes required paperwork and distributes exams for interpretation.
• Maintains and cleans the exam room and ultrasound equipment.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during transport and positioning.
• Other duties as assigned to support the department.
