Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality imaging services across our centers. You will perform ultrasound exams, ensure patient safety, and support radiologists with biopsies and procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Applicants should have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, SPI exam, and ARDMS certification or registry eligibility. BLS certification is required to comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• Passed SPI exam.
• Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• Must have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and equipment operation.
• Monitor patient well‑being and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications and property.
• Demonstrate professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
