Qualifications

• RDMS and BLS are required.
• RDMS credential must be current.
• Experience across abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular and breast imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and breast imaging.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings for optimal image quality.
• Analyze images and provide preliminary findings to physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography

RDMS certification

BLS certification
