Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for part-time shifts in the SJH imaging location. You will perform diagnostic and minimally invasive sonographic procedures and support RIS data management, patient transport, and related clerical tasks.

The role requires an Associates Degree or Technical Program in Ultrasound with RDMS/BLS credentials; ARRT ultrasound specialty is a plus. On-site work at St Joseph's campus with Day shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical program completion in ultrasound.
• RDMS proficiency and BLS certification required.
• ARRT radiologic technologist with relevant ultrasound specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and minimally invasive sonographic procedures.
• Imaging patient care and RIS data management.
• Assist physicians and support file room and clerical duties as needed.
• Support patient transportation and housekeeping duties as part of imaging operations.

Summary:

Performs diagnostic and minimally invasive sonographic procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
