Job summary

BayCare Health System, St Anthony's in St. Petersburg, is seeking a Diagnostic Sonographer for PRN shifts.

The role performs diagnostic and minimally invasive sonographic procedures, supports RIS data management, file room tasks and physician assistance, and may assist with housekeeping and patient transport as needed. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree, or Technical Program Completion, with ultrasound specialization; RDMS or ARRT credentials within 1 year, and BLS certification.

Summary: Performs diagnostic and minimally invasive sonographic procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Technical Program Completion or Degree
• Associates Degree

• Required Education - Technical - Ultrasound; Associates - Ultrasound
