St. Luke’s Imaging team in Fruitland, Idaho seeks a Certified ultrasound technologist with an associate degree or equivalent experience. Flexible/PRN scheduling supports 8:00am–10:00pm weekdays and weekend shifts, with variable on-call duties including holidays.

Expect 8–10 general ultrasound and OB exams daily using Philips Epiq 7G. The environment emphasizes collaboration, diversity, and patient-centered care within a stroke center setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Current certification in one of the following areas: Abdomen (RDMS-AB); Breast (RDMS-BR); OBGYN (RDMS-OBGYN) from ARDMS or ARRRT-S from ARRT.

What You Can Expect:

• Schedule:
  • Flex/PRN to support scheduling gaps.
  • Shifts will be scheduled during operational hours from 8:00am-10:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am-8:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
• On call requirements: Variable on call, usually to include holidays with low call back rates!
• Number/type of exams: 8-10 exams per day, general ultrasound, OB
• Type of equipment: Philips Epiq 7G
• Culture: Fruitland is aCode stroke center to include an Emergency Department and Urgent Care on site. Our teams also support ambulatory and scheduled patients.

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

• Education: Associate degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Licenses/Certifications: Must have current certification in one of the following areas:
  • Abdomen (RDMS-AB)
  • Breast (RDMS-BR)
  • OBGYN (RDMS-OBGYN) from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Sonography (ARRT-S) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
