Job summary

West Coast Wound and Skin Care is seeking a US Tech to work in the field, primarily driving within the Tampa area. You will perform ultrasound at patients' homes one day per week, manage materials, and document/chart checks while acting as a scribe for the doctors.

The role emphasizes patient care, data collection, and supporting expansion efforts. Schedule is part-time (2 days/week) with a 1099 pay structure at $32 per patient visit, and on-the-road work location.

Qualifications

• Valid US Tech Certification required.
• 1–2 years clinical management/medical experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment in patients' homes.

Must be willing to drive within Tampa area

US Tech is responsible for performing ultrasound to patients in their respective homes 1 day a week, as well as materials management, scribing, and performing chart checks. Responsible for obtaining data/metrics to facilitate our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Operating equipment
• Perform ultrasound on wound patients
• Image interpretation
• Patient interaction
• Documentation and reporting
• Order medical supplies.
• Scribe for respective doctors.
• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Perform chart checks for evaluation of stalled wounds for existing patients.
• Scribe for skin sweeps.
• Make Initial Assessment calls.

• 1-2 years of clinical management/medical experience preferred
