Job summary

West Coast Wound and Skin Care is seeking a US Tech to work in the field, driving within the Killeen area. The role involves performing ultrasound on wound patients in their homes one day a week, plus materials management, scribing, and chart checks to support care delivery.

The position also requires collecting data and metrics to facilitate our financial analysis for expansion and growth. Part-time 1099 role, 2 days per week, on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid US Tech Certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical management/medical experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong awareness of medical terminology.
• Strong desire for patient care.

Must be willing to drive within Killeen area

US Tech is responsible for performing ultrasound to patients in their respective homes 1 day a week, as well as materials management, scribing, and performing chart checks. Responsible for obtaining data/metrics to facilitate our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Operating equipment
• Perform ultrasound on wound patients
• Image interpretation
• Patient interaction
• Documentation and reporting Order medical supplies.
• Scribe for respective doctors.
• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Perform chart checks for evaluation of stalled wounds for existing patients.
• Scribe for skin sweeps.
• Make Initial Assessment calls.

Qualifications

• Valid US Tech Certification
