Job summary

West Coast Wound and Skin Care is seeking a US Tech to perform ultrasound in patients' homes, primarily in the Tampa area, 2 days per week. The role includes materials management, scribing, chart checks, and data collection to aid growth planning.

The position is part-time (1099) with on-the-road duties and requires valid US tech certification, 1-2 years of clinical experience, and strong patient-care orientation. You will drive within the Tampa area and support field operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment for wound patients in home settings.
• Perform ultrasound imaging and interpretation.
• Interact with patients and provide clear explanations.
• Document and report findings accurately.
• Order medical supplies as needed and maintain inventory.
• Scribe for doctors and support chart checks.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist clinical team.
• Conduct chart checks to evaluate wound progress for existing patients.
• Assist with skin sweeps as needed and make initial assessment calls.

Must be willing to drive within Tampa area

US Tech is responsible for performing ultrasound to patients in their respective homes 1 day a week, as well as materials management, scribing, and performing chart checks. Responsible for obtaining data/metrics to facilitate our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth.
