Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an Ultrasound Technologist – Lymphedema Specialist to perform specialized ultrasound examinations and ICG Lymphography for lymphedema care. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced academic medical center.

New grads welcome; RVT preferred. Requires ARDMS/Abdomen/OB-GYN credentials and MA state licensure. Sign-on bonus offered and broad diagnostic ultrasound experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Radiography required.
• License MA Radiology license required and registration with ARRT.
• BLS certification per institution.
• 3-5 years related ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic exams across body regions.
• Evaluate image quality and accuracy of orders; adjust as needed.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients to minimize anxiety and ensure cooperation.
• Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures and manage contrast usage and reactions.
• Maintain room readiness, cart compliance, and inventory control.
