Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist to perform a range of ultrasound exams for adults and geriatric patients. Under supervision of the Operations Manager and radiologist, you will document patient history, ensure 100% accuracy, and utilize RIS/PACS to track exams from arrival to departure.

You must have RDMS, BLS, and complete ARDMS certification within 18 months of hire; two-year AMA-accredited education in ultrasound is required. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Two year AMA accredited School of Diagnostic Ultra Sonography required or equivalent.
• RDMS required; RVT or RVS within 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• 1-2 years in a large hospital setting preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Diagnostic Ultrasound exams for diagnosis and treatment.
• Document patient history and information to guide exams.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in exams and RIS/PACS usage.
• Ensure image quality and adherence to department standards.
• Participate in training and team-based patient care.
