Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Lymphedema Surveillance Program Lead to provide direct patient care and to lead the Lymphedema Surveillance Program across BIDMC/DFCI partnerships. The role combines clinical duties with program leadership, research coordination, and quality improvement initiatives, aimed at high-quality, patient-centered care.

The position requires licensure in MA, Lymphedema Certification, CPR, and at least 10 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Lymphedema Therapist Certification required.
• CPR Certification.
• Current MA licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of cancer-related lymphedema.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the surveillance program.
• Coordinate weekly operational meetings and monthly multidisciplinary reviews.
• Collaborate with affiliated centers to ensure coordinated patient care and program growth.
