Qualifications

• ARDMS Registered with 1-2 years experience.
• Graduate of an approved School of sonography or on the job training with 1-2 years experience as a staff sonographer.
• ARDMS Registered CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to meet patient and customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure timely scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
• Provide education to patients before, during and after exams.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, departments, physicians and colleagues.
• Review patient satisfaction data and participate in improvements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure on-time completion of performance pathways and gather feedback as required.
• Participate in quarterly associate satisfaction surveys.
