Qualifications

• Advanced training in Sonography and successful completion of an approved program.
• Experience in general ultrasound is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to perform general, vascular and/or cardiac studies.
• Review medical records, orders, and patient information to ensure exam accuracy.
• Position patients, select transducers, and adjust settings for optimal imaging.
• Document findings and ensure proper labeling of images.
• Maintain regulatory-compliant records and coding for billing.
