Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment for general, vascular and cardiac studies.
• Review medical records and orders to ensure exam accuracy.
• Position patient and select transducer for accurate images.
• Document images with patient identifiers and study details.
• Maintain records and enter billing codes for charges.
• Identify equipment issues and evaluate new products.
• Communicate findings to physicians and adapt procedures.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care and safety.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments with flexibility.
