Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a project operations and programs support professional to standardize processes, ensure quality, manage documentation, and develop methods for project management. The role operates within a defined operations framework with a clear sequence of standard tasks.

Reporting to supervision, you will collaborate across teams, build customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across programs and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervisory roles that provide direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation, including leadership for operations in which activities are centralized shared resources to execute customer projects and/or project monitoring activities.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
