Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience planning and executing complex engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of healthcare, diagnostic imaging, clinical research, clinical workflows, or medical technology.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Waukesha office 4 to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and continuous improvement of visits to the Waukesha office.
• Define visit objectives, outcomes, key decisions, and success measures; develop engagement strategies and agendas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visits; ensure a professional and seamless experience for visitors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal scanning activities and resources in support of engagements.
• Facilitate visit preparation and follow-up, including debriefs and action item tracking.
• Develop and maintain visit processes, templates, metrics, reporting, and best practices.
• Maintain visibility across planned engagements and support resource, facility, and budget planning.
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to support engagement objectives and business priorities.
• Lead or support research, business, customer engagement, and other strategic initiatives.
