Job summary

GE HealthCare’s Global Ultrasound team seeks a Clinical Development leader to oversee in-house ultrasound research across sites from our Waukesha facility. You will plan, coordinate, and continuously improve collaborator visits, protocol reviews, and product demonstrations with sonographers and clinicians.

You will own clinical quality, manage AI scanning studies, ensure GCP/IRB compliance, train staff, and serve as SME for global sites, with occasional travel and a need to be onsite in Waukesha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related field required.
• ARDMS or equivalent certification.
• 6+ years of sonography experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical management of in-house ultrasound research across sites.
• Coordinate protocol intake, review, and version control.
• Manage AI scanning clinical study documentation and readiness records.
• Ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, IRB and GEHC processes.
• Serve as SME for sonographers at global sites and escalate safety issues.
• Lead training and onboarding of sonographers; manage pool and staffing.
