Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager in Houston to directly oversee our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, review performance, and lead a team in delivering world-class service while ensuring safety and compliance.

You’ll train staff on sales techniques, drive satisfaction by resolving issues, and help hit sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals. The role involves budgeting, hands-on support with field reps, and occasional travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
