Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team in Minnesota. The role includes hiring and performance management, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 - $99,464/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
