Cintas is seeking an UltraClean Market Manager in our Rental Division to profitably grow UltraClean Services in the Phoenix market. The role includes overseeing operations, sales, partner engagement, safety, retention, profitability, and execution of the market strategy to meet corporate goals.

Responsibilities include directing operations, applying strong management practices, and ensuring adherence to company policies while driving growth and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing all operations and sales for a Cintas UltraClean Market including, but not limited to, partner engagement, safety, customer endearment/retention, growth, profitability, diversity & inclusion, and execution; developing and implementing the strategic direction of the market and product line to meet corporate goals and objectives; directing assigned operations by proper utilization of sound management practices and administration of Cints policies and procedures in order to achieve defined goals.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Internet/Intranet
• 1-3 years of performance driven management and/or sales experience preferred
• Customer relations and/or business-to-business sales experience selling products and/or serves to a broad customer/prospect base preferred.
