Donaldson Company is seeking a Team Leader for the Frankfort, Indiana facility. The role will involve leading a production team on the 2nd shift (2:30 p.m.

The Team Leader role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2ndshift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Supervise the production department which includes assigning work, encouraging team involvement, completing the performance management process for all team members, scheduling work, ensuring needed equipment is maintained and purchased, and developing and following departmental budget. Coach team members, through problem solving, to identify problem areas and solve them. Monitor production orders or schedules to ensure product is manufactured, and scheduled delivery dates are met in order to plan department operations. Coordinate department schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of product meets specifications.
A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience. Work effectively with limited supervisor. Set a positive example, maintain a pattern of regular and predictable attendance. Retain knowledge of the department of operation. Make sound decisions. Maintain consistent high quality in work habits. Communicate effectively with all plant employees. Maintain accurate records, exhibiting attention to detail. Adhere to safety procedures.

$28.05. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
