Job summary

UL Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking an engineer for a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week. You will independently define project scope, plan investigations, and coordinate with clients to meet UL requirements and project timelines.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of engineering experience with safety standard.

Responsibilities

• Determine project scope and develop investigation plan with cost/time/sample requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and UL staff to discuss technical issues and project cost.
• Establish test programs by reviewing files, samples, and UL requirements.
• Prepare data sheets and instructions for technicians; schedule and review work.
