Job summary

MCM Engineering II is seeking a qualified compliance and quality professional to serve as the UL Manufacturer Technical Representative (MTR) and internal Gatekeeper. The role focuses on maintaining UL listings, driving CAPA, and coordinating cross-functional actions to keep products compliant and reliable.

The position emphasizes governance of design and manufacturing changes, plus ongoing improvement of warranties and field performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Experience with UL standards, certification maintenance, and change-control processes in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and CAPA processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as UL MTR and Gatekeeper for design, material, and manufacturing changes affecting certifications.
• Maintain UL listings, inspection files, and certifications; review changes for compliance.
• Lead quality, warranty, and field performance programs and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Service to resolve issues.
• Report to Top Management on QMS performance and improvement opportunities.
