Job summary

University Health is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage UKG Workforce Management and other enterprise applications across production and non-production environments. You will collaborate with IS leadership, clinical and administrative teams to deliver reliable workforce management solutions and participate in on-call rotations as required.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of systems administration experience, strong UKG WFM skills, and a background in ERP

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in systems administration, programming, systems analysis, or related area with hands-on UKG Workforce Management support.
• Experience with basic and advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and time clocks.
• Background supporting ERP platforms or other large enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, analyze, and support UKG Workforce Management and ERP-based applications across production and non-production environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex application, system, and integration issues; escalate or coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Support upgrades, patches, fixes, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Assist with database support, interfaces, data extraction, reporting, and backups.
