Job summary

Taurean Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a junior UKG Administrator to support an upcoming UKG Workforce Management go-live.

This 100% on-site role focuses on Tier 1 support, user administration, timekeeping, and acting as the liaison between end users and UKG support in Las Vegas. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of UKG/Kronos/HRIS/payroll experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn additional enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of UKG, Kronos, HRIS, payroll, or application support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Comfortable managing user accounts and security access.
• Eager to learn additional enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 UKG support for employees and managers.
• Troubleshoot login, account lockout, and time clock issues.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Create and escrow tickets to UKG for tier 2 support.
• Run reports and assist with HR/Payroll requests.
• Support system updates, testing, and configurations.
• Support ticket resolution, equipment refreshes, and IT projects.
• Create and maintain support documentation and SOPs.
