Job summary

Cactus Wellhead is seeking an HRIS Analyst to oversee UKG Workforce Management and related HR technology initiatives in a hybrid Houston environment. You’ll manage timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, reporting, and system projects while partnering with Payroll and HR to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes data integrity, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on ownership and timely delivery in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, IS, or business admin, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years supporting or administering HRIS, workforce management, time and attendance, or related HR tech.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin for UKG Workforce Management including timekeeping and scheduling.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot UKG WFM.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR to improve system functionality.
• Develop HRIS reports and data extracts.
• Maintain system documentation and end-user guides.
