Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 with hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions to drive ERP customization and integration. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features across multiple modules.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, documentation, and training to ensure successful deployments and sustained system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 3 years of progressive experience preferred.
• Relocation/travel may be required.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering across business units and validate specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture by configuring ERP package modules.
• Develop and integrate new features, perform code reviews and maintain codebase.
• Configure interfaces and ETL processes for system integration between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security/compliance of customizations.
• Document ERP customizations and deliver user training.
