Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. in Kentucky seeks an experienced UKG Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years with UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management) and Boomi interfaces, plus bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong MS Windows/MS Office skills. Extended hours, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management).
• 5+ years developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi.
• Dell Boomi Certification (Optional).
• Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules (Optional).
• Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.
• Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
