Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (a Pinnaql company) is seeking a skilled UKG Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions across the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on work with Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will configure UDM/WDM servers, assist deployment planning for UKG clocks, and develop UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.
• 5+ years developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi.
• Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.
• Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
