Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced UKG Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

You will configure UDM/WDM servers, support deployment planning for UKG clocks, and develop UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi, while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.
• 5+ years of experience developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi.
• Dell Boomi Certification (Optional).
• Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules (Optional).
• Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.
• Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
