  • Build and maintain productive relationships with client management, serving as a trusted advisor throughout requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead business process design and enhancement initiatives, ensuring proposed solutions address operational needs and support effective workforce management practices.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance on UKG integrations, reporting capabilities, and the broader workforce management ecosystem.
  • Mentor team members through constructive feedback, on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, and professional development support.

  • Maintain current knowledge of UKG technologies, product developments, implementation methodologies, and emerging workforce management trends.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of workforce management consulting services by identifying opportunities, promoting best practices, and supporting the development of new client relationships.
Requirements

  • Seven to ten years of hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation experience, including solution architecture, configuration, and project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a related discipline.
  • Required certification: UKG Pro Workforce Management certification.
  • Additional UKG certifications, particularly in Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or related modules, are preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead client discussions and workshops covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation planning.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG integrations and reporting capabilities, with the ability to design solutions that support effective data exchange and business intelligence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements analysis through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Solid understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management processes, including the relationships between these functions.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver against deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, consulting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in developing consulting capabilities, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of workforce management services.
