Job summary

A technology solutions provider is looking for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of UKG applications, especially Workforce Dimensions. The role involves building UKG foundations for a new entity and integrating with SuccessFactors. Ideal candidates should have 8-9 years of experience, with a strong focus on timekeeping, approvals, and accrual processes. Additional experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred. Qualifications

Job description

Must Haves:

• 8-9 years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience with UKG application, specifically workforce dimensions - creating approval processes, upload rules/policies/procedures, integrations, creating TS rules
• Focus on timekeeping, approvals, absences, accrual processes
• Ideal candidate will be extremely good with UKG and experience with integration Success Factors.

About the role:

Working on project build out of UKG foundations for new entity in Success Factors. Work with Success Factors to build modules/structure.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Knowledge of how UKG Workforce Dimensions integrate with other applications like. Integration knowledge with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Experience working in any modules of SAP/S4 HCM/SuccessFactors is desirable.
