Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UKG Ready experience including payroll processing, admin, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees in hospitality or high-turnover industries.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience administering employee benefit enrollments and related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate, timely payroll processing for 500+ employees across locations.
• Serve as SME for UKG Ready including system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain payroll data, deductions, and reporting workflows.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Manage payroll reconciliations, audits, and discrepancy resolutions.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operations to optimize processes.
