Avancer Corporation in Plano, TX is seeking a skilled UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) professional to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.

The role covers end-to-end implementation, configuration of modules, data integrations, reporting, and ongoing production support.

Qualifications

Experience implementing UKG Ready (Kronos) in HR, payroll, time & attendance, and scheduling modules.
Ability to map business requirements to system configurations and workflows.
Experience with data migration, integrations, and report development in HRIS environments.
Understanding of labor regulations and payroll compliance.
Comfort delivering user training and documentation.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize UKG Ready modules (Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Scheduling).
Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Provide day-to-day production support and perform root cause analysis on issues.
Handle integrations between UKG Ready and third-party systems (ERP, SAP, Workday).
Develop and maintain reports using UKG reporting tools.
