Job summary

Akriya Group is seeking a UKG Ready implementation consultant who can independently design and configure Position Management, organization structures and reporting hierarchies. The candidate will translate business structures into maintainable system configurations and validate their impact on employee assignments, approvals, security and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UKG implementation experience (Position Management and org structure)
• Ability to explain position vs. job concepts and reporting relationships
• Experience designing and testing approval routing and role-based access
• Experience from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
• Strong client communication and ownership of deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead Position Management configuration for position definitions, attributes, relationships, occupancy and vacancy handling
• Configure position records, employee assignments and approval workflows; document rules for create/change/close of positions
• Design and configure organization structure including entities, business units, departments, locations and cost centers
• Configure and validate reporting relationships and manager hierarchies
• Assess impact of structure changes on workflow routing, data visibility and reports
• Lead discovery workshops and prepare configuration workbooks, data templates, test scripts and administrator guides
• Coordinate data conversion and interface requirements with HR, Payroll and technical teams; validate data after import
• Own configuration, testing, UAT support, defect resolution, deployment readiness and post-go-live stabilization
